Villa 114 is a project we’re thrilled to share. Located in a tranquil suburban neighborhood, this contemporary residence reflects our collective passion for minimalist aesthetics and nature-integrated architecture.
Villa 114 is a two-story residence we designed for a small family, situated on a compact plot in a serene suburban area. Our goal was to craft a home that feels expansive despite its modest footprint, using clean lines and a thoughtful layout to maximize light and space.
My approach to Villa 114 was rooted in minimalism, focusing on geometric purity and a seamless integration with nature. I opted for a boxy form with cantilevered sections to create a sense of lightness and dynamism, while large windows and greenery ensure the house feels alive and open. Every design choice was intentional, aimed at balancing aesthetics with practicality for the family living here.
